I was into Hip Hop while at school and I bought my first records from lloyd’s @ Brick house. I then got into the rave scene listening to the likes of Centerforce, Sunrise & Fantasy FM and trying to get into as many rave’s as possible. From the original classic summer of love house sounds through to hardcore, Jungle and drum & bass, I have found myself going full circle and found my home is a home called House House House. For me the house sound can provide many different emotions for any time, it’s a groove thing! As one of the original’s involved with Cyndicut (big up Dj Derek RIP & the original Rave in the Cave) it feels good to be back involved with the station after a long spell away. Get House!

About : I started djing at the age of 15 back in 1989. Back in the mid eighties I was into Hip Hop and always wanted to be a DJ. Then listening to stations such as Cyndicut, Pulse and Fantasy got me into the Hardcore scene. In 1991 I bought my 1st set of Technics 1210’s and a Phonic MRT60 mixer. The pirate stations became the main influence in my musical taste and future DJing career. As the music moved so did my taste moving through the Hardcore Scene of 1990-1993 and then into the Jungle Scene of 1993-1996. After 1996 I went back to his roots playing Hardcore from 1990-1993. You can catch me playing out at events across the UK. |
